Hi. I'm offering a $50 reward if anyone finds my sunglasses that I lost at the dog park on Friday, 15 Jan. (It's a complicated prescription and I can't really drive or go out without them.) Thank you!

HI
Happy Holidays! Right now I am fostering Cindy, who my family and I have affectionally nicknamed Ocho. She is a 44lb shepard Mix who I rescued off the Euth list at the NYC animal control. Ocho is a very loving sweet dog. She is affectionate and will rest her head in your lap and "ask" for a belly rub when she comes home. I considered keeping her, but she and my other female dog are very unhappy together. Ocho gets jealous of me petting my other female dog and will snap, She would be a great dog with someone who has time to train her and give her 1 on 1 attention. Again, I did not adopt this dog and return her, it was intended only to be a foster, that didn't work out to adopt. She become attached to me in 48 hrs and I would love if it was possible for me to see her at Ossinging with a great family and loved. I think every dog/cat deserves that. If you want a reference for me please speak to Wendy at Best Friends. If I send this beauty back she might end up back on the Euth list and it kills me to see that.

Please call me 203 5364163

By now, my dog Lily the Viszla is well known and, I hope, liked by many at this dog park.

As a resident of Mount Kisco, I juat want to thank the wonderful people who set up the Cedar Lane Ossining Dog Park. I have gladly paid the membership at the park and my wife and I loved the Halloween Party (we forgot to put Lily in a costume, though). The layout of the park is so thoughtful to both people and dogs, you are all to be commended. I hope to be coming there with Lily very often.

Hi,

I came across your website & would love to add your link to our dog park page: Do you offer a reciprocal link exchange on your website?

Thanks,

Hi I just want to thank everyone who participates in maintaining this beautiful dog park. Right now I am looking for a small dog, under 15 lbs.. the smaller the better. I will go through rescues, but wondered if someone knew of a re-home situation. I have a border collie now, Izzy. You can e-mail me at abajorin@hotmail.com. I am not picky on breed. Thanks!!

I wanted to let the Ossining Dog Park folks know that Peekskill will be opening its own dog park this fall (probably in October). You were our inspiration, and we will continue to aspire to be as friendly and welcoming as the Ossining Park. More info about the Peekskill park is available at www.peekskilldogpark.com.
